From the 101S:

• Exit at Moorpark Rd. Turn Right on S. Moorpark Rd.
• Turn Left on Rolling Oaks Drive.
• Make the first Left turn at the top of the hill into the Rolling Oaks Medical Center.
• Turn Left at the stop sign in front of the 351 building.
• We are located on the right through our separate entrance on the north side of the 351 building.

From the 101N:

• Exit at Rancho Rd.
• Turn Left onto S. Rancho Rd.
• Turn Right onto Haaland Dr.
• Proceed past the Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital.
• We are located in the last building on the right through our separate entrance on the North side of the 351 building.
